Returns & Exchanges

Temperley London offers a 14-day return period from the date of receipt for all full-priced items, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please ensure that garments are returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original designer packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items securely in the original shipping box and include the completed return form along with your proof of purchase.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Attach the pre-paid DHL shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box and schedule a collection or drop it off at a local service point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team has inspected and approved the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
